I've recently seen the Singer Sargent & fashion exhibition at Tate Britain, and I thought it was wonderful. I really enjoyed your extra context, Kate. Did you also see "Now You See Us?" I thought it was superb.

Sadly, I did not have enough time to see anything else. I'm so glad they have an exhibition highlighting women artists, who have been overlooked for so long, and that it is worth seeing. Thank you for the recommendation, I'll try and see it before I leave London.

The Sargent & Fashion exhibition at Tate Britain was an absolute delight. It highlighted how little we know about the people in the portraits. Your emphasis on personal stories really resonates, as without them, much of the art’s depth remains hidden.

Thank you for your comment, and I am so glad you also enjoyed the exhibition. I read a review that the said the display of clothes were in the way! Personally I loved the extra detail.
